Advent Reconciliation Opportunities
  • Individual confessions are scheduled Tuesday evenings: Dec. 5, 12, and 19 from 6:00-7:00pm in St. Wendel Church. 
  • Forgiveness Services are scheduled at St. Anthony Church on Wed., Dec. 20 at 2pm and 5:30pm​ and at St. Joseph (Vanderburgh Co) on Wed., Dec. 13 at 7pm and Fri., Dec. 15 at 11am

Adoration - time before Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament is available to you at Saint Wendel Church each Tuesday evening from 7:00-10:00 pm.
OTHER FUN ACTIVITIES
  • Christmas Caroling - Come join us for Christmas Caroling around Saint Wendel on Friday, December 15. We will meet in the Cafetorium at 5:30 pm and leave at 5:45. Bring a drink and snack to share afterwards. Don't forget your flashlight and bells! If you have any questions, please contact Pam Muensterman at 812-228-7503. Hope to see you there!
  • Living Nativity - Saint Wendel will be hosting a live Nativity on Tuesday, December 26. There will be two showings, one at 6 pm and the second at 6:45 pm with live animals followed by fellowship and refreshments (cookies, hot beverages) in the SWS Cafetorium. Volunteers (4th through 8th grade) are needed to portray the Nativity characters. The play this year will have more speaking parts, but do not need to be memorized. Please call or text Pam Muensterman at 812-228-7503 to volunteer by Wednesday, December 8, as a character. Please call or text John Scheller 812-459-7258 to volunteer with setup the day of December 26. Come enjoy the wonderful story of Jesus’s birth with your friends and family!
